When forming teams and creating an organizational climate, interpersonal relationships are important, which are reflected in the organization in the formation and management of informal groups. Individual autonomy is also important. Thanks to it, maximum operational efficiency is achieved when employees are given enough freedom to work.
In the modern organization, the division of activities between employees and departments remains and even increases.
In order to gain new knowledge, the volunteers of "Malva" met twice at the Faculty of Health of Šiauliai State College. The purpose of the training is to practically test the peculiarities of team formation and the manifestations of organizational climate in teams using the Sonar method.
