UIC "Malva" volunteers devote a lot of time to the preparation of humanitarian aid for the Ukrainian front.

In the spaces of UIC "Malva", the women met with the partners of the "MALVA: INSTITUTIONAL SKILLS IMPROVEMENT" project - VŠĮ Buk Su Manimi and VŠĮ #Dirbinyčia" from Mažeikiai, which run social business, have established social craft workshops, and conduct education.

When forming teams and creating an organizational climate, interpersonal relationships are important, which are reflected in the organization in the formation and management of informal groups. Individual autonomy is also important. Thanks to it, maximum operational efficiency is achieved when employees are given enough freedom to work.

When the board members were creating an application for the large-scale project of institutional strengthening of non-governmental organizations "MALVA: IMPROVEMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL SKILLS", it was planned to get acquainted with a new direction that is rapidly gaining popularity - "social business".
