From 2026 September 1 Ukrainian integration center "Malva" started implementing a new project MALVA INFO, intended for informational and practical assistance of Ukrainians living in Šiauliai.
The goal of the project is to help Ukrainians better navigate the services, state systems and opportunities provided in Lithuania and to facilitate the resolution of everyday administrative and social issues.
By implementing the MALVA INFO project, Ukrainians can receive information and practical assistance about services provided by the state and municipality, registration and use of Lithuanian electronic government systems, job search and employment opportunities, social benefits, pensions and other social security issues. It also helps to find out which institution to contact in a specific case and how to use the required service.
MALVA INFO is information and practical assistance available in one place, which helps Ukrainians to adapt to life in Šiauliai more easily and solve everyday issues more confidently.
Project implementation period: 2026 September 1 - December 15
The project is financed by Šiauliai city municipality.
