We are pleased to invite Ukrainians, residents of Šiauliai, guests of the city to participate in a solemn event - a concert dedicated to 33 - this is the anniversary of Ukraine's independence.

• Works of art, jewelry, clothes created and displayed by Ukrainian women - "vyshivankas".
