Song, creativity, artistic self-expression help to feel stronger emotionally, provide opportunities to get to know the culture of a new country and present your own. For that purpose, during the implementation of the project "INVOLVE UKRAINIAN SENIORS IN THE LIFE OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY", the senior ensemble "Malva" was founded (leader - film and theater actress O. Lastivka). Every week, the women gathered talked, learned Ukrainian and Lithuanian songs, dances, produced paraphernalia for concert performances. I am glad that the seniors demonstrated the results of their activities at the "Autumn Greetings" concert, at the "Tavo PIN KODAS" Festival of Opportunities: "WHAT ARE YOU? WHAT IN THESE" and at the reception of Tamir Waser, Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy in Lithuania.
