Even Hippocrates (459-377 BC), the father of medicine and the most famous physician of ancient Greece, noticed the health benefits of laughter. He suggested using laughter as one of the means of healing.
20th century scientists from various countries have conducted studies that have proven that laughter can prolong life.
But how do you force yourself to laugh when you don't want to, when you're in a bad mood?
It turns out that the human body does not distinguish artificial laughter from genuine laughter. Therefore, it doesn't matter if you laugh at a joke or on purpose - the positive effect on the body is the same.
The women gathered for a group psychological session in the "Malva" hall tried out laughter therapy under the guidance of psychologist Yulija Krasnovidova.
It was not easy, but the result exceeded expectations - everyone was flooded with energy and good mood.
