Representatives of the Ukrainian Consulate in Vilnius provided various consular services on site: accepted documents for the issuance of Ukrainian foreign passports, processed other necessary documents, provided assistance and explanations on various legal and consular issues.
There were many people who wanted to take advantage of this opportunity. A large number of Ukrainians visited the Malva center during the day, and despite the heavy workload, all visitors were able to receive the consular services they needed.
For many Ukrainians, the opportunity to resolve important documents and consular issues in Šiauliai, without going to Vilnius, means considerable time and money saved.
