We started the project very nicely, deeply and meaningfully.
Together with the Theater Art Studio and the ensemble of Ukrainian folk songs "Lastivočky" led by Olena Lastivka, a commemorative afternoon of T. Shevchenko dedicated to the 212th anniversary of his birth was held.
Poems and songs based on the words of Taras Shevchenko sounded. It was not only a cultural event, but also a sensitive moment of communion that reminded us how much a word, a song and a memory can do.
Such meetings remind us once again how important it is not to lose our culture, language and identity, even when living far from our homeland.
This is just the beginning - there are still many beautiful activities waiting for the project.
