The church, under the benevolent patronage of Ukrainians, and on the first Saturday of every month at 11:30 a.m. becoming a place for their prayer, St. On the occasion of Christmas, they made an exception and opened their doors to the Orthodox on the last Saturday of the year to celebrate the Christmas liturgy.
They offered festive services
father Romanas Peretiatko, St. A clergyman of the Trinity Cathedral (PCU) from Chernihiv, originally from Mariupol, and Father Vitalijus from Kaunas, representing the Lithuanian Orthodox Church and the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
After the liturgy, Ukrainian Christmas carols (carols) were performed by the folk song ensemble "Lastivočki" of the Ukrainian Integration Center "Malva" and members of the Theater Art Studio led by Olena Lastivka.
A special spiritual emphasis was brought by scouts (plastuns), who presented the community with the Holy Fire from Jerusalem.
