As a reminder, by supporting non -governmental or other organizations 1.2%, you do not use your own funds - the state transferred them.

Who can allocate part of PIT support?
Residents may allocate part of the income tax on their salary, dividends, individual income or profitable assets to be paid each year by declaring income.

- Join the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) Here.
- Choose "Declaration" in the upper horizontal EDS menu, then in the left vertical menu - "Fill in shape". Choose “Request for Support”.
- Complete FR0512 V.5 Form, by pressing the button - the icon of the globe to "fill the form of the wizard". In the wizard that opens, click the "Start" button (if you have granted support earlier, click "Continue", you can adjust and provide new data).
- Enter the recipient's identification number (code) or name: 306072949 (Public Institution Ukrainian Intergation Center Malva). Click the "Continue" button.
- Complete the following boxes:
