Nestor Kyzenko graduated from the Tbilisi (Georgia) Academy of Arts in 1956 and immediately after graduation entered the artistic life of his native Ukraine with his colorful canvases. Rural scenes were very close to him, because he himself was from a village - he was born in the picturesque village of Bizhai, Nedrygailiv district, Sumy region. He painted landscapes, depicted the life of his native village, created still lifes, portraits. The artist immortalized on his canvases hundreds of monuments of Ukrainian culture, especially temples, so his works are valuable not only in an artistic sense, but also in a historical sense.
In 1969, Nestor Kyzenko became a laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of art, since 1981 he devoted himself to the work of an art teacher and lecturer. In Ukraine, the artist is called the "Soul of the rural landscape".
The artist held exhibitions in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine, as well as in Tbilisi. His works are stored in the museums of I. Honchar in Sumy and Kyiv. The most famous works: "T. Portrait of Shevchenko", "Morning Mist", "First Snow", "Water Mill", "Kobzari", "Holodomor" and others. The artist became famous outside the country thanks to the painting "Death by hunger", which reflects the tragic events in Ukraine.
The works were kindly provided for the exhibition by their owner, priest and collector Rimas Gudelis.

Mila Cheprasova was born in 1988 in Zaporizhzhia, now lives and works in Kyiv. Since 2019, he has been creating contemporary conceptual art, experimenting with various media and focusing on concepts. She participated in more than 30 exhibitions in Ukrainian and foreign museums, galleries, art spaces, art residencies. Her artistic practices focus on emotional maturity and individual integrity. Works on research on overcoming personal boundaries, inferiority and dignity.
Groups led by actress Olena Lastivka will take part in the event: folklore ensemble "Lastivochka" and drama group "Art Studio".
