The discount is provided for the following services:

• from the management of an apartment building;
• from supply and distribution of natural gas, electricity and thermal energy, supply of hot water, centralized water supply, centralized drainage, household waste management;
• for the payment of subscriber service for consumers under individual contracts for the provision of communal services or under individual contracts for the maintenance of intra-household systems for the provision of communal services, as well as the costs of managing an apartment building in which an association of co-owners, a housing and construction (housing) cooperative has been established, and the costs of communal services in such a building;
• for the purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas (provided there is furnace heating in the living room).
• When calculating fees for heating and housing use, the area on which a discount is granted is 21 square meters. m for each person who permanently lives in a residential premises (house) and is entitled to a payment discount, and an additional 10.5 square meters. m per family.
• If the widow is unable to work and her family consists only of disabled persons, a 50% discount for the use of gas for heating the home is granted for twice the size of the standard heating area (42 sq. m for each person entitled to a payment discount and 21 sq. m for the family).
