On November 16, 2024, representatives of the consular department of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania visited the "Malva" information center.

Having already received the traditional invitation of the First Lady Diana Nausediene to join the campaign "My favorite childhood toy", the volunteers of the "Malva" ICU decided to try themselves and do something they had never done before - knit a woolen toy.

The humanitarian cargo, which is collected by our volunteers and caring residents, consists of food, personal hygiene products, warm clothes and everything else necessary for the front line, this time it was also delivered to the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Here's the feedback we got:

In the city of Šiauliai, the "Plast" group of the Ukrainian National Scout Organization started its activities.
And although there are still not many of us, our goal is clear!

Every week, we collect and send humanitarian aid to Ukraine for the needs of the military at the front and those who are currently being treated in hospitals.

Another autumn is coming to an end, and the war in Ukraine, unfortunately, continues... The need for basic hygiene items and help for the wounded on the front lines is vital.

On October 20, 2024, the Small Festival of National Minorities "Mes po viena saule" ("We are under one sun") was held in the village of Nausedjai, Birzhai district. The organizer of the event is the Nausedzhaya branch of the Birzhai cultural center.
